Medical Boarding Information / Consent Forms

Our medical pet boarding pricing is per night. We do offer Sunday pick up at 4pm (if pre-paid only). Boarding drop off and pick up times vary please ask a kennel tech for details.

We do charge a daily medication dispensing charge for medications that need to be administered during their stay.

Vaccination Requirements for Boarding and Grooming:

Dogs

• Distemper-Parvo
• Wellness Exam in the last 12 months 
• Rabies 
• Negative HW (Heartworm) test in the last 6 months 
• Bordetella (must be given at least 2 weeks prior to your stay)
• Negative Fecal (must be dropped off at the latest 2 days prior to your boarding reservation)

Cats 

• Rabies
• Wellness Exam in the last 12 months
• Distemper -Fvrcp

***We do not board dogs less than 6 months of age.***

Please fill out the boarding consent form and medication form and bring them with you when you drop off your pet at our Newnan location.
