Dr. Thomas earned his DVM from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 and an MBA from the University of Georgia in 2012. He has been practicing in the Atlanta area since 2007 and also spent 4 years working in Research and Development at a multinational veterinary pharmaceutical company. He is past president of the Gwinnett County Veterinary Medical Association and is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association, and the Newnan Rotary Club.
Dr. Thomas enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and treating the diverse cases he sees on a daily basis. He has a passion for helping pets and people by offering high-quality medicine in a customer service-centered veterinary practice. His goal is to provide an exceptional experience for clients and their pets.
Dr. Thomas’ special interests include ultrasonography, cardiology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and soft tissue surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Thomas loves traveling, national parks, shooting sports, Auburn football, and spending time with his wife, Meg, and their 4 wonderful dogs.
