Shannon Adams, Client Service Representative and Patient Coordinator

My name is Shannon Adams and I am a CSR and Patient Coordinator here at Dogwood. I previously had no experience at a veterinary hospital, but I did have a lot of experience with people. I have always had a love of animals and a strong desire to help people. I have learned so much while being at Dogwood and I look forward to learning so much more in the years to come. I am a homebody and enjoy cross-stitching, reading, and going out for walks around my area. Within my house, I have three mixed-breed dogs and a cat. I have always had rescue animals and I plan to continue rescuing whenever possible. One day I hope to foster and help as many animals as I can. I love that I am able to educate, help, and make a difference in every patient and owner’s life with our care and compassion. I chose to work at Dogwood because Dogwood cares about every person and animal that calls and walks through our doors. Dogwood wants to make a difference in our community and I am now a part of an amazing team. I am proud to say that I work at Dogwood Veterinary Hospital and Laser Center.
