Appointments are scheduled as follows:

M-F - 730am - 430PM (we are open till 5pm)

Saturdays 8AM - 12:00PM 

We can accommodate lunchtime appointments if needed, otherwise the doctors are not available for appointments from 12PM -130PM M-F.  

Walk-ins are accepted but will be worked in between previously scheduled appointments. There is also an urgent care fee of $75 for walk-ins when we do not have available appointments. Our Emergency Care Fee is $300 to start treatment.


Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Care Credit, ScratchPay and pet health insurance, such as Trupanion. Treatment plans are prepared and discussed. 

Some orthopedic surgeries require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule the surgery; the balance is due in full at discharge. If surgery is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Some hospitalization cases require a 50% deposit with the balance being due at discharge.
